Take Time for You was created by people with lived experience of neurodivergence and mental health challenges — people who truly understand what it means to feel unheard or overwhelmed.

What makes Take Time for You different is our deep care and belief that every journey is unique, and so the support must be too.

Support for parents of neurodivergent children

We understand how challenging it can be to navigate life as a parent of a neurodivergent child.
That’s why we offer personalised 1-to-1 support and guidance, tailored to your unique situation and needs.

Take Time For Fitness

 

We all know that exercise can boost our mood and improve mental health, but starting can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer a variety of fitness groups and access to a personal trainer to help you confidently get comfortable with gym equipment and find the right routine for you.

We recognize that wellbeing support looks different for everyone. That’s why we offer assistance in areas such as mental health, building resilience, education, social skills development, disability support, and group activities designed to reduce loneliness.
